Excel 2003 - Macros – Power
Series
Self-Assessment
As you work with
Excel and become familiar with its features, you may identify tasks
or operations that are performed routinely. For example, you may
repeat the same sequence of commands each time you create a monthly
report or chart. You can automate many of these tasks with macros.
A macro is a series of commands that Excel performs
automatically when the macro is run.
Come and learn the
basics of creating and editing Macros in Excel. Learn how to have a
macro “run” as soon as a file is opened.
Please complete
all the parts of this self-assessment and based on the outcome,
decide for yourself whether or not you have the pre-requisite
knowledge to take this course. If you have any questions e-mail
rob@ppical.com or contact Rob at 269-6619.
